That mean ol' fox, Scarface.  Can't draw a whole bunch of villainous beings without including this scoundrel.  Nothing was more horrifying as a child than hearing that ominous music, then seeing this guy spring from nowhere to spitefully and violently kill off your favourite characters D:  ...actually, there was a fair amount of horrifying moments in that show XD
